IBC Guardian – Design
From drawing board
Our IBC Guardian – design as produced by our in house CAD team is professionally manufactured to exactly fit onto a standard IBC container being cut on a computer controlled CNC machine from impact-resistant, textured polypropylene.
The top is manufactured by our preferred plastic fabricators who are qualified and certified to BS EN 13067 in all disciplines of plastic welding certified by CSWIP accreditation
To reality
Our IBC Guardian Tote Topper makes it easy to install pumps and fittings to maximise the potential of the IBC 1,000L Tote container.
Supplied with standard tie wraps as per below the unit can be fitted and secured litterally in under 1 min (we’ve timed it)
Secure fit
Our design incorporates twelve recessed contoured openings which allow the top to be carried easily and to allow securing of the top to the IBC frame using readily available and cost affective disposable tie wraps.
