1. Business-to-Business Sales Only

All products offered for sale on this website are supplied strictly to businesses, organisations, or sole traders acting wholly or mainly for the purposes of their trade, craft, or profession.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are not purchasing as a consumer,

• You are buying for business or industrial use only, and

• You have full authority to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

If you are a consumer, you must not purchase from this website. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.

2. Uncertified Product

The products supplied are industrial units. They are:

• Not UKCA certified,

• Not tested to any recognised fire-fighting or emergency equipment standard,

• Assembled from components supplied by third-party manufacturers, and

• Supplied as-is, with no guarantee of suitability for any specific task.

3. Intended and Permitted Use

The products sold on this website are only intended for non-critical industrial water transfer applications, such as:

• Yard washing,

• Non-potable water transfer,

• Industrial rinsing or similar processes.

They must not be used for:

• Fire-fighting,

• Emergency or life-safety applications,

• Domestic household use,

• Handling hazardous, flammable, or explosive liquids.

WARNING:
Use of the product for fire-fighting or emergency response is strictly prohibited.
The seller accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from such misuse.

4. Buyer’s Responsibilities

By purchasing and taking delivery of a product, the buyer agrees to:

1. Conduct their own risk assessment and testing to confirm suitability for their intended purpose,

2. Install, operate, and maintain the product safely and in compliance with relevant laws,

3. Ensure only trained personnel use the equipment,

4. Take full responsibility for compliance with local regulations, including the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and other relevant laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The seller shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage,

  • Loss of profits, contracts, or business opportunities,

  • Injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, including use for fire-fighting, emergency response, or domestic purposes.

  • Total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by proven negligence,

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. Limited Warranty for Components Only

The seller provides a limited warranty that covers defects in the individual components supplied, but not the assembly, integration, or performance of the product as a whole.

1. Scope of Warranty

   • This warranty applies only to component parts that prove to be defective due to a fault in manufacturing by the original component manufacturer.

   • If a component defect is confirmed, the seller’s sole obligation will be to replace the defective part or, at the seller’s discretion, issue a refund for the cost of that component.

2. Exclusions – What Is NOT Covered
   This warranty does not cover:

   • Any defect caused by assembly, installation, misuse, or incorrect operation,

   • Damage resulting from use in fire-fighting, emergency, or life-safety applications,

   • Wear and tear, corrosion, or deterioration from normal usage,

   • Any costs of labour, disassembly, reassembly, shipping, or other consequential expenses,

   • Any claim relating to the performance of the unit as a whole, including water output, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

3. Buyer’s Responsibility
   The buyer is solely responsible for:

   • Inspecting all components upon delivery,

   • Conducting their own testing to verify suitability for the intended use,

   • Correct installation, maintenance, and safe operation of the product.

4. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
   Except for the limited component warranty above, no other warranties are given, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

   • Fitness for a particular purpose,

   • Performance in emergency or safety-critical situations,

   • Compliance with fire-fighting or emergency equipment standards.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood this Disclaimer and Terms of Sale,

2. You are purchasing solely for business use,

3. You accept all terms herein, including the prohibition of fire-fighting use,

4. You fully release the seller from liability for any prohibited or unintended use of the product.
